I think overall it was a great idea and it worked well for a short while. It was very nice and easy to program the words in the old fashioned program that came with the fan. I have problems because: 1. It doesn't work with Mac OS. I ended up going home to my mom to just program the words on her Windows computer. However, the seller gave me a link to download it from the web if you don't have a CD drive.2. One day, after only 2 weeks, mine stopped working. I still give it three stars because while it worked, it was a very cool novelty; maybe it just stopped because of the high humidity in those days. Maybe it was some kind of nonsense, and other people will have better luck with it. I would even consider buying another one and better protecting it from moisture. It was so cool when it worked.
