Very unusual toner. The first time I used it I had to go back and look at the box to make sure I hadn't misread it. That's because it looked like a sudsy cleanser when I pumped it out. It foams even more when applied to the face. But yes, it's a toner, but it looks and feels like you're applying a sudsy cleanser to your skin. Although I'm not sure, I think the foaming effect allows more oxygen to flow into the skin. You must leave it on the skin's surface for a few minutes for it to take effect. As it sits, it is absorbed and absorbed into your skin. It then stays wet for a few moments. Just stick with it and let it soak in completely. Once this is done, the skin is beautiful and ready for the rest of your skincare routine. Makes the skin soft and cared for. I really like this weird little toner, but find the price of $50.18 (price today) prohibitively expensive even though there is a 40% off coupon. So much more reasonable. Worth a try if you like trying all sorts of skincare products or if you love that bubbly, bubbly feeling. Feels clean and feels gentle enough for sensitive skin. Suitable for all other skin types.
