When traveling I only use double razors (I usually use old school double blades). They only work for a few shaves at best when beard growth is present. I've found that when I have a few days of growth they start pulling even before I'm done and definitely requires 2 passes. That being said, for 100 blades at the price I paid they can be considered disposable and still travel safe if needed. Overall worth it, but personally I wouldn't use it as a daily razor.
