Review on Carhartt Winter Glove Barley X Large: Cold-Weather Protection for Hands by Kevin Johnson

Bought late October. Used them for part time work and due to the cold I had to swap them out for a warmer pair of gloves. These gloves are not suitable for cold weather. But that's not the worst thing about these gloves, which is that they wear out very quickly. I've been wearing these gloves for about 6 months and one glove has 2 large skin tears on the fingers. The other glove has wear on the leather stitching, which tells me it's about to tear as well. I've had better luck with cheap unbranded gloves for less than $10 a pair than these gloves, which cost me over $30. Frustrated that so many good companies are increasingly cutting corners to save money. They think their name and reputation will help them survive even if they make a poorly made product.
