They were poorly made and looked cheap! The tweezers had torn edges at a thin tip and beveled edges. The blunt ones had blunt edges. None of them did a good job removing things. The case was the best part of the tweezers. Originally she gave a 2nd UPDATE: I originally bought the tweezers over 6 months ago. To my surprise, I received a brand new set today. The company sent me a nice message apologizing for the set they received. I think they went beyond normal business practice by sending me a new set. The new set is a big improvement. This time I'm giving them 4 and can't wait to use them!
