The first cartridge I replaced was cyan.

My DELL E525w didn't recognize this cartridge at first, but after a few "claps" the printer recognized it. But a few days later the cyan cartridge light came on and said my cyan was out of toner [again]. What happened.?!? And after all this, my printer refused to work at all. I had to throw it away [from recycling]. I won't even go into how my color copies came out red rather than blue.
