It works! The tape will not stick if the skin is not clean!
Works great for my plantar fasciitis! I notice a reduction in pain when wearing it. A NOTICE. Make sure your skin is CLEAN! It will NOT stick unless your skin is clean and dry! I know from experience. If I don't take the time to clean the application area properly, it sticks BADLY and the corners lift up! It is imperative that you clean and dry the area prior to application! Otherwise you're wasting your tape and your money! Feel free to take a few minutes to properly clean and dry the area before application.
