Fastening with 3 buttons, collar decorated with stripes. We received the shirt in dark grey, but it's available in a dozen different colors. The shirt can be machine washed and tumble dried on a cool or low setting. Additional care is not required. This is a good basic polo shirt and my son wears it everywhere. It is comfortable, soft, fits well and looks neat. It was a nice addition to his shirt collection and he is very happy with it. He recommends it.
