My particular experience with Melesh Company was less than satisfactory; however, it's possible that others have had more favorable interactions with the company. From the products they offered to the assistance they provided their customers, I discovered a number of ways in which they could improve. To begin, their website was difficult to traverse, and its categories were not organized in a logical manner. It was difficult to tell which products were actually in stock, so I had to click on each object individually to determine whether or not it was available. The experience of going purchasing ended up being aggravating and drawn out as a result. In addition, the quality of the merchandise I was sent was not satisfactory. It was obvious that the tape had been used by another person in the past and then returned by that person. The reel itself had some scratches and scuffs, and the container had some tears in it. This deficiency in quality control cannot be tolerated, particularly for a business that takes pleasure in selling equipment for sports and other outdoor activities. In addition, the customer service that I obtained was not helpful, and it was poorly run. When I called to find out the status of my order, I was put on hold for a long time and then transferred multiple times before I was finally able to speak with a representative who was disinterested in assisting me in any way. The fact that they don't communicate with their customers and don't care about their satisfaction is an enormous warning sign. In conclusion, Melesh Company does not meet the standards necessary to provide excellent service or products. There are simply too many reasons for me not to recommend this business, ranging from the challenging navigation of their website to their lack of quality control and poor customer service.
