Great stool: child

The perfect stool for my child to use a regular toilet and sink. Sturdy and light, very easy to assemble. It came with a weird animal sticker (maybe a pig and a cat?), I don't know why or where to put it. There were also some black clips or something in the kit, I don't know what they are for, the instructions don't say anything or even show how to use them.
