Recently purchased. The first time I used it, the controller popped out of the gun. Okay, maybe I didn't back it up properly. So I made sure the controller was installed and the lid was closed and latched. I decided to see if it showed up again. Well, that's how it was. The controller popped back out, hitting my coffee table, bouncing off the TV screen and cracking. The designer of this product obviously didn't realize that VR shooters, at least entertaining ones, require hand gestures. If you plan to play very quietly, this may be fine. Otherwise they not only do not work, but can also endanger people and property. I think you owe me a TV.
