I have two dogs and have always had to deal with two remote controls to activate their collars. Sometimes there just isn't enough time when they start running out into the street. I had a previous model with a screen which was fine but I still had to check which collar the remote was connected to and it was very difficult to adjust the static force. My only dog ate my other dog's collar and ruined it, no fault of the collars, my dog was just set up 👍. There are several reasons I love this new collar and remote control. The first reason is that it is smaller. The second reason is that instead of a button to change collars, it has a switch on the side that moves up and down. GREAT for two dogs but no more. It's good to have it in your pocket, you just feel what mode it's in. Third, the static dial is great. Just turn it clockwise when you need more power. All the other buttons are there for you to remember and don't even have to look at the remote when you need to use them. I needed help pairing my collars and their support team went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Very satisfied!
