Very disappointing on traditional laptops
The device no longer charges, I've only had 2 months with very little use. I contacted Hot Tech Geek, a customer, to see if they could get the laptop back and the gentleman I spoke to said they would check tomorrow and contact me, which they never did. 4 days later I spoke to Revane about the situation and they said it was unacceptable and refunded my money within an hour
