The simplicity of the interface and the capability to create templates is an advantage. Very few customization options. The integration with our ERP system is very poor. The product is very limited in its use when compared to other solutions. We had no option but to use this product. We integrated our ERP system with the EDI software and the implementation was very easy. The capability to create templates is an important feature. We managed to integrate our ERP system to the EDI software. The UI is very easy as well! Even though we don't have too many partners using this platform yet - it's still one thing I love about them; their support team was able help us out immediately whenever there were issues within our account (which weren’t often). Also being an international organization they do provide language translation services which made things easier in communicating back from different parts of Europe etc..
