I like that it allows you to forward your email through their servers without having to pay for an additional service or program. I also appreciate the ease of use. It is very simple to set up. Nothing so far! We have been using this product since we started our business in 2011. There are no downsides as far as I am aware. I would recommend NameSecure over any other provider out there because they offer great customer support when needed. Before switching from another registrar, we had issues getting emails forwarded properly. Now we feel confident about all incoming communications being sent directly to us instead of going into spam folders.
