Review on Large Castle Christmas Craft Pieces by Carla Anderson

This castle is very beautiful when assembled. The problem lies in the assembly. Firstly, there is no detailed manual in the box, only 6 photos during operation on the back. It is difficult for a child to look at small pictures and determine where all 163 pieces went. The pieces should interlock with small protrusions and slots, like a 3D puzzle. These parts do not stay together. And any sticky bits that need to be glued to the shiny bits won't stick either. Instead of my 8 year old niece assembling it (the box says it's for ages 3 and up), I had to do most of it with a lot of work and a hot glue gun. I'm a handyman, so I'm not new to assembling things.
