Never thought my pierced ears would close up again if I didn't wear earrings in them; Well they did and they've been pierced for 42 years! who knew Anyway, I re-pierced them and had to wear something every day to keep them from closing again. I also need to keep gold or platinum in my ears or they will get infected. I found these cute little rose gold balls. They go with everything and make great placeholders until I trade them in for diamond studs or gold hoops at a party. They don't bother me when I sleep. This was the perfect solution to my problem: I don't have to worry about losing my diamond studs and they keep my ear piercings open and they don't grow back. Great purchase and money spent!
