The ability of our employees, customers/clients, vendors or partners to access employee information is greatly improved by this system over other similar systems we used in years past. I would like more flexibility with how you can customize your view (i.e., not just showing one screen at all times). We are able to see what time someone was last seen working each day so it helps us know when they will be back from lunch break etc.. Also allows people who work remotely an opportunity to check status if needed without having them come into office every week during their scheduled days off. Allows me as manager to make sure my team has enough coverage even though some do have full schedules while others may only need parttime help depending upon workloads. It also provides reporting capabilities that allow tracking overtime hours worked per pay period which could potentially save money should there ever be any issues due to non compliance.
