Medium was a great fit for my wife, who is 5'7", 151 lbs, 36DD, 40-29-40, 55 years old. The fabric is thin, opaque and stretchy, and you can wear it without a bra as shown in the photos - at least in black.My wife has been wanting wide, square necklines, which are hard to find in sexy dresses and tops with long sleeves. I think the dress looks beautiful on her, though it's a bit more bodycon than she prefers. The ruching does a nice job disguising a few extra pounds. My wife is self-conscious about her upper arms and tummy, so does not like sleeveless dresses and bodycon dresses that are flat across the middle. This dress is one of the more wearable bodycon dresses we've found for her that is not a bandage dress. Even so, she prefers dresses with a looser fit or thicker bandage material. Also, she prefers dresses a little longer, because she dislikes the look of her legs.I think she looks fabulous and sexy in this dress. The fit and length are perfect. And what a bargain!
