Watch works great with its basic timing functions, we had no issues with the strap and the ability to change the LED colors is amazing. Our problem is that the hourly chime won't turn off and the alarm currently set to 1030 can't be turned off. I have used the guide and tried the instructions many times but none of them can be disabled. I've even tried removing and reinserting the battery to reset it but the hourly chime and alarm won't stop. I can change the alarm time, but the alarm itself cannot be turned off. Beeping every hour means my son can't wear it to school as it's too obtrusive. He can only wear it on weekends and since we have to put it away at night so the alarm doesn't wake everyone up, he forgets it. So I didn't wear it for at least a month. Really a waste of money.
