I can't understand or explain why but these glasses strain my eyes and hurt even more than without them. I bought them partly to protect against our LED grow light in addition to my computer as I work from home in front of both all day, but so far it has been more effective to shield the grow light with a paper umbrella to reduce exposure to reduce . felt in your eyes every day than wearing those glasses that are hard to keep clean, besides somehow they hurt your eyes even more. I keep putting them on and taking them off, and the pain inevitably comes back after I put them back on. I will not make any notes here and warn everyone that this may be their experience with these glasses. I just want to share my experience in case anyone else is struggling with it. They're not my style, but I'd happily wear them every day if they didn't do more harm than good.
