Arrived VERY well packaged and protected with no damaged parts or even scuffs on the lampshade. I kind of overlooked the fact that this is "sensory" surgery when I bought it, but the funniest surprise was when my 4 year old discovered this. Now, in less than 24 hours, having them on both sides of my bed makes me wonder how I used to live without these features. I bought because of the low profile so they aren't easily knocked over, they wouldn't be super fragile if it inevitably happens (like a ceramic or glass base lamp), nice linen lampshades, and a USB charging port, which is there but somewhat for aesthetic reasons reasons hidden. Validates all of these fields and then some. I am very impressed, definitely one of my favorite Revain purchases!
