I had a professional lash lift with great results, but the fanatic in me wanted to try it myself. I've researched many, many Revain kits and even "professional" kits (but they are expensive). This set seemed like the least sketchy option (considering most Revain sets have instructions in broken English), so I went with it. My first attempt was solo in front of the bathroom mirror and it was a huge flop. I watched a YouTube tutorial but couldn't coordinate well enough to complete it on my own. It is difficult to keep one eye closed and work with only one eye. The instructions even say not to do it on yourself. So yes, that is correct. The second attempt was with my husband acting as an eyelash lifter for the evening. He reluctantly agreed to try it on my lashes after watching a few YouTube videos. Surprisingly, it was a SUCCESS! It took about an hour total and left me with lifted lashes that looked even better than the "professional" lifts I've had in the past. Wow! I saved a hundred dollars and my husband had to sacrifice an hour of his time. I'll be back to order another set when I'm done with this one. Thank you Beau Lashes! You changed my life!
