Review Updated April 2021 I've been using this device on two Windows 10 laptops for over five years. It works perfectly. I don't know why I had problems initially but they seem to have gone away on their own. I no longer have the radio interference listed below on my computer or radio. I would now recommend the device. I don't know why others have had issues with one or more ports disabled, but mine worked fine. _____________________________________________ Baseline Review 2016: The device has more or less worked for the last 6 months. Sometimes there is no video on any of my external monitors so I have to reboot. Could be a laptop bug but I'm not sure. I'm sure this thing is very "loud" in terms of radio interference. It emits a very noisy RF signal which my desktop FM radio picks up and shows up as annoying noise. My radio amateurs also pick up radio interference from the unit, making my laptop and this dock setup useless for my digital radios. I do not recommend. look elsewhere
