UPDATE: I still love this jacket! I've worn it all the time during the winter season (October to March) and it's holding up great. I get compliments every time I wear it. I'm actually a bit sad that in April it will be too hot to wear it. I send him loving thoughts and put him carefully in my closet to hibernate until next fall. I ordered this jacket with low expectations. I had a lovely cognac colored non-leather jacket from Express which I wore for a couple of years before finally showing its age. I've ordered a few different faux leather and real leather jackets from Revain and many have been awful - the colors were flat, things didn't fit right or they just looked cheap. Even the "recommended bestseller Revain" (at the time of my order) was a big disappointment so I returned it. This jacket only had 3 reviews and most complained about the small fit. There were no photos so it felt like ordering was a gamble. But since it's a "real" leather jacket and not much more expensive than some faux leather jackets, I went for it. It doesn't disappoint - especially for the price! The leather is hand painted/distressed and has multi-dimensional tones. It doesn't look cheap like many others I've seen in stores and online. It is very soft/stretchy and fits very well! As for the fit, yes, this jacket is thin. It should be! I don't intend to wear heavy sweaters. But I've tried it on with a couple of long sleeve jerseys and it still fits and closes. It obviously feels more personal so if that's not your thing I'd go up a size or order something else. Ordered this in M based on reviews but there wasn't an M in the Nevada brown I wanted so I took a chance and ordered an S. It fits perfectly (again if you like a custom fit). I hope this is helpful!
