I really like this Brother product and have been using it for many years. I'm printing from a portable device that has limited printing options but gets the job done for me. The labels are printed in blue font on a white background and the font is easy to read. The labels stick to almost anything and iron very quickly. I usually press the iron directly on the label, but if you go slower, the label sticks directly to the iron or the ink smudges badly. Otherwise, once applied, the label will stay there for a very long time. It has survived a year or two of regular wear and washing, which I find pretty impressive. If you need to remove a label, prepare for hard work. The label is tough and requires patience in reheating the adhesive to remove. Be careful not to burn the fabric you are working with. I have a problem and it is the Brother printer's printing process that wastes a lot of ribbon. The printer typically feeds in an inch of ribbon before printing, which is a fraction of the $15 or $16 cost of the ribbon.
