These little dispensers are, um, irreplaceable! I use them on my workbench to dispense solvents like acetone and paint thinner, and in the bathroom to dispense hydrogen peroxide. My wife uses one for nail polish remover. In case you don't know how they work, the top is a small plate-shaped container with a hinged lid. Squeezing the stainless steel tank pumps the liquid from the (blue) bottle into the tank. The pump is easily controlled by hand or with a cotton swab. The value of these dispensers is that you pump as much liquid as you need to moisten a tampon, for example. If the rest evaporates, then that's quite a lot.
