This is perfect for storing our mugs! We have many mugs and very little cabinet space or counter space, so needed a storage solution that could be mounted on the wall. This works wonderfully. Many of our mugs are oversized, which makes this even better, as many mug storage hooks are set close together (which works for standard size mugs, but not larger ones). This has a decent amount of space between hook, and the long hooks mean that mugs can be store either upended on them or hung by the handle. In some cases we do both - hang a smaller mug by the handle under a larger mug upended on the same hook.It does take up a fairly large wall space, so check your measurements, and be sure to account for being able to take things off the top and dangling from the bottom.
