Very useful, dosage as written and works well, I use it in many workplaces where I'm constantly on the move and sometimes don't even have time to drink water to keep up. But I wish it was more isolated but the description didn't say anything about it so I wasn't expecting it. It's very comfortable and the water actually cools me down when I wear it it doesn't bother me when I'm moving all day and the monthly portion is very easy to use especially for me I don't have to and I won't spill anything even though it's included. I can wear it all day and just sip it without stopping, open it, sip it, close it. Generally satisfied with the product.
