Good. It appears to be a very high quality product. Everything is metal, not a cheap pan. The production seems to be top notch. Installation was easy and I can buy another one for another bathroom in the house. Well, for the few nits I have to pick, this detracts from the "perfect experience". Simple things, really. There was no Teflon tape "enclosed". On top of that, the two green washers that came with it are of a restrictive nature and I would have preferred a higher flow. Two standard washers would give me this capability at negligible cost to the manufacturer. Since I didn't have anything available, I installed it with the washers that came with it. I'm not very happy with the flow, and while I can change it, it detracts from the unified and finished feeling of being combined and used. So bravo to the manufacturer for providing a quality alternative to expensive and complex junk, really pay attention to the overall customer experience and don't tell customers they are offering things that aren't there. This is frustrating and perhaps confusing for an inexperienced plumber.
