I am using an HP Specter x360. The charging cable broke in an accident. This cable charges well and I haven't noticed any battery effects in the last 2 months. However, it's a 90 degree connector that's actually a problem for me. When connected to the cable to the rear (the obvious way), it easily disconnects from the USB-C connection. I prefer the straight connector on my original HP, although it cost over $50 to replace. Also, HP will alert you every time you plug it in while Windows is running, saying you're being naughty if you're buying an unbranded product!
