Installation was a major pain! The wall brackets have square holes in them for the mounting bar to go through. The brackets we received did not have holes big enough to push the mounting bar through. We purchased 2 units and they were both that way. We had to grind the holes on all 4 brackets to make them bigger. I called the phone number on the instructions just to see if I was doing something wrong (although it's pretty straight forward) and ask if they had any pointers. Oddly enough the number was no good. Quality control is terrible!That said, they are sturdy units and have good storage. Once I got past the installation aggravation, I do like them.
