I check everything I buy carefully. My camera trap requirements were: (1) waterproof camera, IP67; (2) high megapixels, 20 to 30 MP for image quality; (3) good guarantee; and (4) a good service company. Look no further, this one has it all. I have first hand information on each of the above. When I first got my camera trap I was using rechargeable batteries and the camera didn't have enough voltage to work. So make sure you use Energizer Lithium batteries and avoid the problem I'm having. Well I contacted Revain and they instructed me to go through their process to get help from alpha service. After that I realized it was late and I knew I shouldn't expect a decision until the end of the weekend. But to my surprise, I was contacted AFTER their work day by an Alpha rep who wanted to see if they could fix my issue so I could enjoy the camera over weekends and holidays. What more could you ask for, a great product and one with outstanding customer service! I have taken many photos of deer in my yard and the photo I am providing is to see what type of pests roam around my house at night.
