Review on Bose SoundLink Bluetooth Wireless Speaker - Nylon (Old Model): Enhanced Audio Experience on-the-go by Mark Adams

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ten stars!

I love every Bose speaker I've ever heard and this one is amazing! Soft, rich sound fills a small space perfectly. It's small, about half the size I thought it would be. The size of a cigar box or smaller. To be precise, it's 5 inches high, 9.5 inches wide and just 1.9 inches thick. Despite its small size, it is not lightweight. It weighs 2.78 pounds. I love how the front cover folds around the base to form a solid stand. I needed something so I could play music on my laptop. When the price dropped to $30 here, I grabbed it. I think it would be worth the full price of $300. This speaker takes treble, Basses and everything equally good. what is between them. Bose Soundlink has a rating of 3.5 to 3.5 an add-on cable that can be used to connect to Kindle. I know it connects to both Kindle Touch and Kindle Fire, but I'm not sure if there are other Kindles out there. I love listening to books on my Kindle on this one. For an additional $50 I could have gotten a nicer case for it, but the nylon case is good enough that you don't even see it when the case is open and flipped back. The magnetic closure is a practical feature. And Bose sells optional nylon and leather cases in a wider range of colors for $30 or $50 if I ever get bored enough to want to change them. The small size and especially the thinness is incredible. The design of the SoundLink Wireless Mobile wireless speaker is simple and elegant, and seemingly doesn't make it as durable as a portable device. However, it's been tested and engineered by Bose to be tough and durable. According to the Bose website. I read that Bose has extensively tested this speaker for drop and salt air resistance. So you can take it on camping trips, fishing trips and picnics in foggy weather with sea salt in the air, drop it if you like and don't worry. I'll take it with me next time I rent a boat without a sound system. He will also go to the beach with me. It has a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that can be used for up to 4 hours at high volume, before it needs to be recharged. I found the range excellent. I carried it around the house and was able to hear music from the kitchen computer in all the bedrooms and even the yard. Claimed range is 30 feet, but I was able to get more range. It should work with any Bluetooth device. So you can use this with any smartphone or iPad. If you want to use the 3.5mm audio input on the back with the included cable, you can connect your iPod Nano to it. I will actually get the next gen nano when it comes out any day specifically for use with this one. I love this versatility. A richness of sound that must be heard to be appreciated. how did they manage to pack so much depth and tenderness into such small speakers? I feel the sound is better when connected to the network. instead of being powered by a built in battery but still awesome. Since my cheap laptop doesn't have Bluetooth, I bought a dongle (USB Micro Bluetooth Adapter Azio BTD-V201, Class 1, V2.1+EDR) for about €20. My only regret is that I didn't get this speaker a long time ago. I don't think anyone who bought this will regret it. 1+EDR) for about 20€.
