Major Flaw! Tray removal requires 4 hands
OMG we couldn't remove the tray for the life of us. Took over 10x tries and the mechanism is severely stuck. Both my index fingers are black and blue from trying to remove the tray. We love almost everything else about this high chair; quality of parts and construction, seating feels nice and infant usage. However the engineering team dropped the ball with tray removal. I can't imagine doing this with a crying baby inside. We do not recommend this product at all!
