I brought this for my mom whose old wall charger broke. She couldn't use her tablet because it wouldn't charge. She is so happy I found this for her. Now it can connect and charge. She especially likes that this wall charger is longer than her old one. She would have to stick it in the wall and put it on the floor. Now she can put it in the socket by the bed and don't have to worry about it falling off. She also states that she once forgot to unplug her charger and it didn't heat up like her old one. I'm pleased to know! I would definitely buy this product again if needed.
