Poor quality and dissatisfaction with the return of the goods

I just bought it and it came torn. Crystal glass is too thin and fragile. I tried to send it back but the shipping was half the price I paid. I buy for 37 + 20 I pay for return shipping = $57 - 8 they return for shipping $49.00 - 37 = I lost or pay an additional $12.00 for missing items. Summary I paid 57 - 45 returns = $12.00 no refund. I think in order for the consumer or customers to be happy, they must have a way to replace the product for free.
