I have Rheumatoid Arthritis which mainly affects my wrists and hands. At night I tend to bend my wrists into an uncomfortable position and then I wake up in severe pain. Wearing these sleeves at night kind of keeps me from doing that. They're flexible so they don't prevent me from moving my wrists when I want to, but for some reason I don't. They provide enough pressure to reduce swelling and inflammation. This is the second pair I have ordered. The first pair lasted several years with regular washing. I highly recommend!
