disappointed good for me
This is the second pendant I am ordering for my mother's ashes. The first was the same style but from a different seller and I liked the style and colors. But I liked the customizable feature of this seller, so I ordered with "Mama" engraved. I thought a different engraving (as shown in her picture) would be on the urn as well. No, because it is completely empty except for "Mama". I also ordered an italic but got a regular block instead. Otherwise this is a beautiful necklace. I'm just not happy with the custom piece (just painted which will rub off).
