I use fiber and my ISP charges me 200 for ethernet. I get about 285 on ethernet and about 215+ on my wireless mesh device connected to the ethernet port. It's all on 5e. I have a standard gauge 5e gray cable that is 25 feet long. to another room. I really liked the flat white cable and they are beautifully finished. I decided to test them out before hooking everything up and replacing the 5e cables. 30ft cables can't be longer than 100m, mainly in the high 90s. I replaced it with my old 5e cable and got over 200. I also bought a set of 5ft cables from the same company. They offer speeds similar to my 5e cables. 5e cables still offer about a 10% speed increase over category 7 cables. I would get the same speed for the convenience of a flat cable. Unfortunately I will probably send them back. BTW I don't know if rolling 30ft changes performance. I left it rolled up to check.
