Great soft pillow but you need a very wide pillowcase.

Pillow came vacuum packed and fluffed up after a while. After you put it in a standard size pillowcase, and then put it in a regular pillowcase, it becomes cylindrical and feels like padding. You need to order a larger pillowcase and then extra wide pillowcases. Only in this way can the contents of the pillow settle and become a worthy alternative to a down pillow.
