Review on AmazonBasics Platform Cat Tree Beige by Brandie Zhang

I wrote a detailed review with a photo explaining why this product is not worth buying and Revain turned it down so here I am again. In order not to waste time recreating the previous attempt, I will make this one much shorter: I was sent a broken scratching post. It's a flimsy, useless item made out of pressed cardboard covered in fabric (for shelves). A post popped out of the round inner plastic structure at the end, but it can't be reattached because the cardboard is uneven and falls into pieces. If I saw this product in a regular store I would think this is a defective product that was put back on the shelf. When I called support I had a few other issues with the exchange so save yourself some time and hassle. and just buy another product. This is an outstanding experience in every way.
