These are perfect for the price.super easy to put together. You do not even need instructions. I bought 4 bar height and they are 29" to the top of the seat. Super light weight and solid wood. A couple of them wobble a bit but not enough to annoy me. Yes it's the stools not the floor my husband just renovated the house and the floors are level.
