I looked through a lot of memory foam mattress pads before finally taking a chance and settling on this cheaper price point. I'm glad I did because this topper is just beautiful and way more affordable than others I've seen out there. I love that it has a cover because I'm in the studio with a sofa bed and need an extra layer of protection for the memory foam as I often roll it up when I want to use the sofa function. The only thing I regret is 2 inches. I wish I could make a 3 inch topper. (I don't know why but my link to the 2" I bought now takes me to the 3" offer. But I got the 2" back when it was the offer for the 2.) My Sleeper sofa looks bigger than a futon and the pillows are very firm.. This topper helps A LOT but I wish I had more pillows I think 2" would be fine for a regular mattress but if you have something really hard, choose 3 But overall I'm happy with what I got.
