Review on πŸ”Œ Anker PowerWave 7.5 Wireless Charger Stand with Cooling Fan - iPhone 11, Xs Max, Galaxy S10, Note 10 by Amanda Mason

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I thought everything would be perfect but now I'm disappointed.

I love this fun little charger. It's really great next to the bed. I've had all sorts of chargers lying around since the Lightning charger came out and it's always so frustrating to wrestle with them in the middle of the night. They're always either finicky or falling apart. It's great to have something to put down and forget or pick up and put back no matter how sleepy you feel. And while everyone complains about the noise from this fan, it doesn't bother me - and I'm very sensitive to noise. It's pretty unobtrusive. My only complaint is that it's bulky and difficult to pack, so I have to figure out where to put my charger and cable, and I can't take it anywhere. Nothing has been this easy since the old Blackberry OEM stand many years ago! Update 1/20: The charger suddenly failed without warning when I plugged it into a different outlet. He must be very temperamental! I had to get up in the middle of the night and go back to looking for my wired charger. And now it's no longer available on Amazon. But I'm not sure if I want to try another one. Bummer.5/2/20 I forgot to update this. I contacted Anker and they helped me reset it - and it worked! However I found this old review while trying to figure out how to reset my charger as it happened again when I replaced the lightbulb on the same hub and had to switch power cords. The charger stopped charging again causing my iPhone to drain overnight. I may have to call Anker again on Monday. So that would be 5. . . I understand 4 instead of 3? I wonder why it behaves so strangely when you plug it into a different outlet. What I did to reset it: I unplugged the charger for 15-20 minutes and plugged it back in (I vaguely remember what I had to do last time). Time). I also restarted the iPhone. I have no idea why that should be necessary, but it was. It's all caused by plugging the charger into a different outlet on the power strip.
