There are a few things I'd like to see added in the future (but honestly do not bother with). However, as for now, I love the ease of using this credit monitoring service. I like the speed with which they respond to my inquiries and the ease of contacting them. I don't like that the initial questionnaire could be a bit more extensive. It would be helpful if they had more questions about the specifics of your situation. I would recommend them to any company looking to provide credit monitoring services. I have been monitoring my credit for almost a year now and haven't had any issues. I've had several people that I've referred to them and everyone has been pleased.
