Does not foam and does not clean the brushes.
. I tried lathering the brushes with my fingers, I used one of those silicone pads to rub them in and none of them worked. I was so frustrated after using so much product that I just sudsed up dish soap and almost all of my makeup fell off the brushes. I would not recommend it.
