Well done sump. I liked the idea of replacing the fragile aluminum. Standard for Honda Civic of these years. Some oil changer pulled the threads off the oil change screw on our Honda. Most quick oil change locations use pneumatic impact wrenches to loosen and tighten a plug that is too strong for brittle aluminum and eventually strip the threads. Anyway I had high hopes for this as it's steel and much stronger, but it's missing the lower hardware that attaches to the Honda's gearbox. We ended up fitting a steel insert into the original aluminum pan, which was actually more expensive than replacing it with steel, but we needed those bottom hardware. I will return this item.
