Not for arthritic hands

Although it says 6mm/8mm don't be fooled. These beads are tiny and I don't believe the guru bead itself is 8mm. The beads are good enough and the elastic makes for a nice layered bracelet, but if you have big hands or arthritis I wouldn't use this for that purpose. Meditation.
