I was very happy to receive the SBI Jewelry yellow birthday charm for the bracelet as a gift. The silver heart with a topaz stone is pretty and the keychain is a nice touch. However, the pendant doesn't quite fit my Pandora bracelet and the chain is too small for my liking. All in all, this is a cute gift idea for any November baby or someone who loves topaz but is aware of the sizing issues.
